Vicki has attended:
Powerpoint Intermediate Advanced course

PowerPoint Templates

Can the position of text boxes be locked? So when I have set up a template the users are unable to change the font and positioning.

For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability

RE: PowerPoint Templates

Hi Vicky, Thank you for your post, In answer to your question; I cannot think of a way in which your placeholders will not be able to be moved in a template, however if you have created your presentation and wish to lock it down so that it can only be run (viewed) then why not save it as a PowerPoint Show, this way the editing part is not available to anyone; File Save As PowerPoint Show, will save a version of the presentation which runs as a show only, if you wish to then make changes do so in the original and then save it with the same name as the PowerPoint show (overwriting it). I hope that helps, best regards Pete
