RE: PDF printing in Microsoft Word?

Hi Debbie

Thank you for your question.

You can create and print PDF documents from Word documents provided you have PDF writer software installed.

If you have Adobe's Acrobat Writer installed, then there will be a mini toolbar that is automatically installed in Word which you can use to create a PDF of your document and then print it.

Otherwise there is free PDF writer software (e.g. CutePDF) which you can download and use to create PDF documents.

Amanda

Word tip:

Change bullets and numbering quickly

To quickly change the formatting of bullets and numbering without having to go through the Format menu, hold your cursor directly on top of one of the bullets or numbers in your list and double-click.
