Dear Melina

There are various ways you can access charts in PowerPoint.

The quickest and the easiest way would be to simply use the chart slide in PowerPoint.

However, if you have no prior knowledge of PowerPoint and have already created chart/s in Excel then you can simply copy and paste the chart from Excel to PowerPoint.
