Dear Sofia

In Word 2007 please follow the steps below to merge labels. As I am not very clear if you want the same labels across the page or separate address across the page I’ll quickly explain both the ways!!

If you want to print same label across the page then please follow these steps:

Step 1: Select Mailings Tab on the Ribbon
Step 2: Click the second button on the top-left corner called the labels
Step 3: In the Dialog box please ensure that you click on the label tab.
Step 3: Type in the name and the address of the recipient
Step 4: You have the choice of having full page of the same labels or single label which will provide you an option of printing how many rows and columns of labels you want to print.
NB: The singe label doesn’t give you the option of seeing them before you print. The new document button on the dialog box is greyed out!!
NB: You have the option of changing the label size by pressing the options button on the dialog box

However if your query was more to do with printing various customers’ address on one page then please follow these steps:

Step 1: Select Mailings Tab on the Ribbon
Step 2: Click the third button on the top-left corner called the start mail merge and choose the last option called step by step mail wizard…
Step 3: When you see the task pane on the right hand side select Labels from the options and then press Next
Step 4: To change the size of the labels choose label options… when you press next it provides you the dialog box to choose the various label sizes e.g. Avery A4/A5 M88861 is address label type and has the height of 4.23 cm and width of 8.38 cm.
Step 5: In the Select Recipient step you can either type your own list from scratch or you can choose the select data source and choose one of the list that is already there!! Click Next after this.
Step 6: This is the most important step called Arrange your labels. You’ll see all the labels might say <<Next Record>> except for the fist one. Click on the more items button on the task pane and position the heading in the appropriate places ONLY one the first EMPTY BOX.
Step 7: Once you have done that click on the update all labels and you should be able to see the same positioning of the fields as the first one.
Step 8: Click the preview your labels step and in this step you can choose to sort/filter and deselect your any recipient you wish not to include in the labels. Click Next
Step 8: In the last step you simply choose Edit Individual Labels to see how the final printout will look like!!

Hope this has answered your question!!
