Is is possible to set a format for dollars (USD) without having to create a custom format each time?

Hi Catherine, Thank you for your post, in answer to your question, this is down to the installation of Access which you have, if when Microsoft Office was installed the UK option was chosen, Access will assume UK default, other than selecting the US option on installation you will still have to create a custom format, Sorry!.
