RE: Pivot Table

Hi Chitra

Thank you for your question.

You can create a web page which contains a pivot table, with some pivot table functionality that the web page viewers can use if you wish.

Bring up the sheet containing your pivot table, then go to File - Save as web page. Give the file a name, and tick the Add interactivity box if you want functionality available on the web page. Click the Publish button. Then tick the box Add interactivity with and select Pivot table functionality if you want interactivity. Tick the Open Published web page in browser and click Publish to view your web page.

Excel tip:

Customize the toolbar in Excel 2010

You can create your own toolbar which contains your favourite or most used tools. This will make using Excel much more efficient. To do this, you need to click on View, then select Customize Quick access Toolbars and then select Customize. A list of tools will then appear on the screen of which you can add or remove them as you please.
