Hi
Is it possible to create a rule that runs even when outlook is not running, as over christmas my mailbox is going to reach its limit if I can't move things to other folders.
Any help gratefully recieved!

Unfortunately the rules will only run whilst Outlook is open.
You could alternatively request additional mailbox space. If you mail is controlled internally this may not be too much of a problem.
