Hello Sally,

Thanks for your question

If you click on the format menu and select "Bar Styles", you will be presented with a range of formating options. First in the top part of the dialog make sure you have the standard task bar selected, then in the bottom half click on the text tab. You then have the option to select different information to go inside, above below to the left and to the right of the task bar.
