Hi Kate

Thank you for your question.

I'd just like to clarify what you would like to know - are you referring to sending a presentation for review (so changes made and comments added by others can be tracked); or do you mean if you use pack and go, can you then email the resulting folder using Lotus Notes?

Thanks
Amanda

Hi Amanda

Sorry for not being clear - Yes I wanted to know if it was possible to send the 'presentation review' emails through Lotus Notes, as during my course this was tested through Outlook.

Kind regards
kate

Hi Kate

Thanks for coming back to me to clarify - it can be difficult to remember what all the different features are called by the time you get around to the afternoon of a training day!

You can use alternative email programs (besides Outlook) to use the presentation for review feature, there is just a little more involved with getting this set up.

If the presentation contains links to other file, you need to include these files as attachments as well; or embed the linked files in the presentation instead before sending.

Open the presentation you want to send for review.

On the File menu, choose Save As.

In the File name box, rename the presentation so that it indicates which reviewer you want to review this copy, and in the Save as type box, select Presentation for Review, and then click Save.

Then save all the reviewer files to a folder on your computer, and then send each reviewer copy of the presentation to the respective reviewer using your e-mail program's procedure for sending an attachment in e-mail.

I hope this helps.
Amanda
