RE: Sound clip

Hi Alicja

Thank you for your question.

You can insert sound files into slide by going to Insert - Movies and Files - Sound from File, then navigate to where the sound file is on your computer and click OK.

A message will then come up on your screen. Do one of the following:
To play the music or sound automatically when you go to the slide, click Yes.
To play the music or sound only when you click the sound icon, click No.

Sounds will play in slide show (full screen) view only.

I hope this helps.
Amanda

Powerpoint tip:

Get into recently opened files easily

To get into recently opened presentations without using your mouse, hold down Alt + F to open the File menu.

Recently opened files are listed down the bottom of the File menu - type in the number next to the file you wish to open and it should appear on your screen.
