RE: Task bar

Right click on any toolbar.
Choose customise
Click the Toolbars Tab
Select NEW
Type a name for the toolbar
Click OK
Select the commands tab
Choose the appropriate menu on the left section, and then the tool button on the right.
Click and drag the button you want to your custom toolbar.
Repeat as neccessary
Click ok

Postion & Use your new toolbar

Random Numbers

Type =RAND()*200 to generate a number between 1 and 200.
Use the fill handle to drag down and populate as many cells as you'd like with random numbers.
