Hi Natalie, Thank you for the post, This is a good question which I dont think has an easy answer, if you are using a laptop to present you could switch the display to laptop only, or if not the easiest way is to switch off the projector, I do not know of any way to edit your slides without the audience seeing; once again thank you for the post. Powerpoint tip:

Hide Clipboard Task Pane

To prevent the Clipboard task pane from being displayed everytime you cut or copy an item, ensure that Collect Without Showing Office Clipboard is turned on. This feature is accessed by clicking on the Options button at the bottom of the Clipboard task pane.
