The above link to an issue I am having when trying to run Access reports through my Smartstream software.
They link to a MISSING: utility.mda message that appears in the references list of the mdb's module.
What is the reason for this occurring, and is there a way, other than manually adding the mda in the references list, that I can stop these errors appearing?

For my reference, what is Smartstream software?

I would recommend making a backup of your database before trying any of the suggestions below.

Here are some options to address your question:

1. REPAIRING
Utility.MDA is an office add in. Try repairing your access installation

2. DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF ACCESS
If it is referencing utility.mda, it may be converted from an earlier version of Access and it might not need the reference.
Try removing the reference to utility.mda and see if the db works.
