Photo viewer?

Hi, the instructor (Martin W) showed us a toolbar icon, which I think was called Photo Viewer? This enabled you to simply drag (and select) a part of the screen and then paste it into (eg.) Word. Can you please tell me which toolbar contains this icon, because I can't find it! I'm using MS Project Professional 2003. Thank you.

RE: Photo viewer?

Hi Mark

Thankyou for your question

The icon you refer to should be on the main project toolbar

The most likely reason that you cannot see it is that you have several toolbars open and they are overlapping, obscuring the button you are looking for.

I suggest that you move your toolbars around and see if the button appears. To do this you will see on the lefthand side of each toolbar, a faint vertical line. Put your mouse pointer over this line, click and hold the button down. You can now drag the toolbar to a different location on the screen.

Regards

Stephen

RE: Photo viewer?

Hi Stephen,

Many thanks for your response.

I think I assumed the icon was called "Photo viewer", when it was actually called "Copy Picture"! That said, I knew it was a camera icon and I find it hard to beleive that I missed it before! It's certainly appearing now and I haven't had to move the toolbars!

Anyway, it's working now!

Thanks again,
Mark
