I dont know what Macro's are or how to use them.

Hi Michael

Now sir macros are something that you learn on an advanced course, but i will tell you what they are about and why you use them

A macro can be use to record a series of tasks that you would need to do or others may need to do, and a macro will allow you to run through these task whilst the macro records them

after you have recorded a macro you can run them at any time and the macro replays the tasks in a split second of the time it took you to create them

Hope this covers it for you, if this is something you will need i would recommend you come on an advanced excel course
