My blackberry has stopped synchronising with outlook for some reason. it starts to, then an error message comes up (halfway through the calender synch) to say 'contact microsoft'. which i have done and they say they cannot help me because i am using balckberry's intellisynch not their 'activesynch'

help!

Hi Debbie

Is your BB in the warranty period?, have you taken it back to the place where you bought it from, it could be a software or hardware problem.

i'm outside the warranty period and if i send it back to O2 I will be without it for two weeks!
