RE: links

Hi Regina

Thank you for your question regarding creating links between different types of documents.

A simple way to do this is to use INSERT > HYPERLINK when you are in any Microsoft Office application. The shortcut for this operation is CTRL+K.

Once you have accessed the interface, simply choose the destination of the hyperlink. In your case you would want to navigate to the PDF that you want to open when you click the hyperlink.

Does that answer your question?

Excel tip:

Page Break Preview in Excel 2010

If you select View then Workbook Views then Page Break Preview, you will be able to view how your Excel spreadsheet will be split across multiple pages when printed. Even better, you can also drag a page break to a new place. Excel will then scale down your entire worksheet to fit the information you want on the pages you want.
