Hi Safia

Thank you for your question; and apologies for the delay in response.

You should be able to use macros that you have created and saved in other presentations. You will need to ensure the presentation that contains the macro you want to use is open; and that the other presentation you wish to use the macro in is saved.

Then go to Tools - Macro - Macros. Under Macro in use the dropdown arrow to select All open presentations. You should then be able to select the macro from the other presentation and click Run to operate the macro.

Getting animations to play in slide show view

If you have a presentation that you know contains animations, but they are not playing in slide show view, try the following:

1. Go to Slide Show - Set up Show.

2. In the 'Show options' section of the dialogue box that appears, check to see if the box next to 'Show without animation' has been checked.

3. Remove the check and click OK - you should now be able to see the animations play in slide show view.
