can you personalise text in diary drop down menu for business, birthdays etc?
RE: personalise diary categories
Dear Marcia
Thank you for attending Outlook Introduction course.
I assume that by “diary drop down menu” you mean the labels that appear as drop downs when you are creating an appointment in calendar.
You can do this by the following steps:
1. Click on the Calendar on the Navigation bar. (You will notice that the buttons on the toolbar will change)
2. Click on the Calendar coloring button (this is second button to the right of the print button on the standard toolbar.)
3. Select Edit Labels…
4. Select and replace the one that you want to change the name
5. Press OK
Next time you create a new appointment and choose the label you should be able to select the customized label with its associated colour.
I Hope this helps
