RE: MS Outlook XP - Backing Up Email

Hi John,

What you need to do is locate your .pst file. This is the file that stores all of your emails and other data related to Outlook. If you are unsure where to find this, just use the windows search feature, to search your hard drive for files and folders. Search for .pst and this will return all files ending .pst. Once located you can then backup your pst file to a usb stick or any external media.

Hope this helps
David

RE: MS Outlook XP - Backing Up Email

Many thanks much appreciated

Outlook tip:

Check Names shortcut for names in messages

If you use the check names button when creating emails then try it's keyboard shortcut Ctrl + K instead.
