Quickly shift a row in a table

Here are some really handy shortcut keys for rearranging rows in a table.

By highlighting a row and using:
- Alt+Shift+Up arrow: you can move a row up in the table.

- Alt+Shift+Down Arrow: you can move a row down in a table.
