The Opportunity

This position is full-time, long-term and training is located within central London and the M25.
Applicants should have relevant and current experience in the delivery of instructor-led Microsoft Office training.
(Preference will be given to applicants who can also train on MS Project, VBA & Softskills)

You will have a proven track record in instructor-led training delivery to the corporate market. You will have excellent customer facing, interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently, or as part of our market leading team.

Experience Required:
- Preferred 2 years minimum instructor-led IT, classroom training delivery to corporate clients.
- Experienced in the delivery of the core Microsoft Office products to advanced level.
- Qualifications in any of the following: MCT, TAP, ICTP, MOS, MCAS (or working towards)
- Eligible to live and work in the UK

The following would be beneficial for this role:
- MS Project, Excel VBA, Access VBA, Visio, SharePoint
- Softskills delivery (e.g. Time Management, Project Management, Presentation Skills, etc)
- Previous experience supervising or managing a team
- Excellent customer facing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to share expertise with others
- Patient and tolerant with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and cope with demanding situations
- A passion for training and acquiring new skills and experience
