Admin & Logistics Coordinator - £18-23K negotiable - London

This role is for an Admin & Logistics Coordinator who is interested in developing their skills in Microsoft Office training. The position is a 3 month trial contract based in London (E14), reporting to the General Manager and renewable for the right candidate. On renewal of the contract, the opportunity to start delivering introductory level MS Office training courses and developing your training skills will become available.

The right candidate for this role will have knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Applications and preferably some experience delivering instructor-led training to the corporate market. You will have great communication skills, along with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a dynamic and integrated team.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

This position is full-time, long-term and training is located within central London and the M25.
Applicants should have relevant and current experience in the delivery of instructor-led Microsoft Office training.

- Eligible to live and work in the UK

Knowledge of the following applications would be beneficial for this role:
- MS Project, Excel VBA, Access VBA, Visio, SharePoint, Adobe Dreamweaver
- Excellent customer facing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to share expertise with others
- Patient and tolerant with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and cope with demanding situations
- A passion for training and acquiring new skills and experience


Remuneration:
£25-35K negotiable, depending on experience
