How do I manually override figures if Excel rounds to 100%?

Thank you for your question regarding adjusting the percentage to not round to 100%

I presume you are referring to the labels. If so, you can modify the settings as follows:

1) In the Layout ribbon select the Data Labels button and choose the last option 'More Data Label options'.
2) Select the Number option on the left side
3) Choose the Percentage option and then click Close

The percentages should now appear exactly as they should without rounding.
