Training on one of our public scheduled courses at one of our London training venues. Select dates from our 12+ month schedule with peace of mind, our courses are never cancelled!

On-site training

On-site training where we come to your offices, UK wide. A cost-effective way to organise training when and where you need it. Delivery can be one-to-one or to a group. Choose from our standard courses or tailored training courses to your requirements.

Need IT equipment for software training?
We can also supply laptops, projectors for hire.

Can't find a suitable room?
In these situations, a near-site venue, at a location close to you may be the answer. We organise all aspects to enable smooth delivery of your training.

Closed company courses

We deliver to groups at one of our London training venues. This is cost effective and especially useful when faced with any logistical challenges back in the office which makes on-site training difficult.

One-to-one

Bespoke one-to-one basis

One-to-one training provides a highly flexible approach to your training needs. You can create a tailored training course from our standard outlines or even create a bespoke training course to work on your own files.

Training can be arranged onsite, at one of our London venues or near-site.

Training Needs Analysis

We provide a range of training needs analysis services from our team of highly experienced Microsoft qualified trainers. This is normally conducted on site or as a managed remote project by one of our team.

We are happy to provide you with a quotation tailored to your exact specifications.

Floorwalking

"On the job" training provided by Microsoft Qualified Trainers, assisting and instructing your staff while at their work station. We can provide immediate answers and solutions to those repetitive everyday tasks and problems.

Floorwalking allows your business the opportunity to have staff trained by Microsoft Qualified Trainers without the need to send staff away to classroom based training courses. This method of training provides the ideal opportunity to freely evaluate staff skills, allowing trainers to identify certain areas of a training requirement, increasing productivity even further with additional appropriate training courses.

Also appropriate for businesses that have recently undergone an upgrade or new installation of hardware or software (eg. Office 2007), and require staff to have someone nearby whom they can call on to assist with the new features.

Roll-out

If you require training for a department through to company-wide, in multiple locations, we have the training and logistical capabilities to deliver.

Training from new application roll-outs (e.g Office 2010) through to bespoke applications.

Drop in surgery

• Where time away from the desk is critical, we can "drop-in" our trainers to your offices for consultations with your staff, on specific questions.
• Sessions typically involve a maximum of two delegates at a time with a trainer, lasting around an hour each, and run over a day or morning/afternoons.
• This enables key training issues to be resolved with a large number of delegates while minimising impact on working time, and increased efficiency.

eLearning

E-learning, web-based training, computer based training, CBT provide:
