On-site / Closed company / Consultancy bookings
Payment terms and conditions - On-site company dates are non-cancellable unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment is required in advance of the first training date, or within 30 days from invoice date, whichever comes first.
- STL/Best Training will raise and issue an electronic invoice upon confirmation.
- Electronic invoices are legally binding and shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
- Customers who do not operate a purchase order system:
- We will accept a written instruction to invoice, which must be signed by an authorised representative of the client.
- An invoice will be raised and sent prior to the date of the training course.
- Should this invoice become overdue, we reserve the right to recover all costs relating to debt recovery.
- Any commercial communications need to be directed solely with our commercial team.

Substitutions, transfers and cancellations by the client - The client may substitute a delegate on a course at no additional charge.
- Promotional bookings are non-cancellable.
- The client may change the date of a course subject to the following scale of charges.
- Notice given in writing by the client to STL/Best Training.

In relation to transfers, the client agrees that if a replacement booking is not confirmed within 7 days, then the full course fee shall become immediately due. |
Payment Terms
Payment is required prior to commencement of services or within 30 days of invoice date, whichever comes first.
For credit card bookings, payment is required prior to commencement of training courses. Places are not secured unless payment has been made.
Should invoices become overdue, we reserve the right to recover all costs relating to debt recovery.
