Delegate Online Support Forum FAQ
What is it?
An industry first: You can post a question related to your course and receive a response from a trainer within 24 hours! How do I join?
If you've recently attended a training course and completed feedback, you will have an email with your log-in password. If it's been some time since you took a course, or you've been invited to the forum, all you need is an email address.
Go to the support forum.
When can I expect a response to my question?
Our target response time is 24 hours, typically responses are within 4 hours of posting. What does 'Resolved' mean?
Our trainers get asked a lot of questions. To help us monitor the currently active questions, we ask delegates to mark questions that have been successfully answered as 'resolved'.Your query is automatically assumed to be resolved after a period of 5 days. However, if you need clarification or have a follow-up question, you can change the status back to 'unresolved'. Our trainers will then see that the forum post needs attention.
How long do I get support for?
Standard support is for 12 months after your course, other options are available.HOWEVER, if you post a question within a week of attending your course, you get an additional 12 months support at no cost!
Also, for a limited time, ALL your friends and colleagues can also access the support forum, just use the 'refer a friend or colleague' tool on your log-in page.
What if I need help right now?
Whilst we aim to get back to you as soon as possible, we shall be introducing further support services to assist with more specific and urgent demands, we'll keep you posted.I've got feedback on this service and would like to share it.
Great! We are always looking for ways to innovate and improve. Please post your feedback to the Improve the forum thread. We look forward to welcoming you and answering your Support Forum questions soon.
