Word headings

I am having problems with headings in a Word document.

I have subheadings 1.1; 1.2 and 1.3 absolutely fine - set up using "Heading 2". When I try to further subdivide 1.3 to get 1.3.1, 1.3.2, etc (using Heading 3) tI can only thing only does 1.2.1. It will not accept a manual advance to 1.3.1, ignores "Continue numbering".

Word tip:

Table Headers on Subsequent Pages

To make sure that your tables if they carry on to subsequent pages have a Table header on each page.
Select the rows at the top of the table which you would like to repeat on subsequent pages, select Table, Heading Rows Repeat. Note this does not work if you insert a hard page break (CTRL+Enter)
