Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 Introduction: London and UK wide

Adobe Dreamweaver cs3

Training formats available

Who is this training course suitable for?

Our Adobe DreamWeaver CS3 course is suitable for complete beginners to Adobe Dreamweaver and web site creation. Some experience in browsing web pages on the internet may be helpful.

Prerequisites

A working knowledge of Windows is required, or our Microsoft Windows Introduction course. No experience of Dreamweaver is required.

Benefits

At the end of this course you will have a basic working knowledge of how to use features of DreamWeaver CS3 to create and modify web pages. You'll be able to enhance your web pages by inserting multimedia items such as videos and flash animations. You will learn to work with and organise your site files by using the site panel. Finally you will be shown how to upload your site on to the web using DreamWeaver CS3.

As this course is designed to introduce you to features of the DreamWeaver application, this course does not cover other technologies that are used at the 'back end' of web sites, such as databases, PHP, ASP, Java Scripting. However, we do offer web development and consultancy services.

CS4 or CS5?

Have Dreamweaver CS4/CS5 and thinking about coming on our CS3 course? This 2-day course covers the basics, so whilst there are some new features in CS4 and CS5, the topics covered on this course are true for all versions. For more detail see our differences page. If you're still unsure, feel free to give us a call.

What is DreamWeaver?

DreamWeaver is a web authoring tool that allows web developers to code while viewing the site as they work. Instead of spending hours writing HTML tags to code a complex table, the developer can build the table, resize it, and view it exactly as it will appear on a web page.
