Hi Rebecca,

Yes, it is.

Simply copy and paste in. Be sure when you paste in Powerpoint that no other element is selected, or sometimes Powerpoint will paste the contents of the first cell of word.

when you move shapes using your cursor arrows they jump around, so by holding down the CTRL key and using the arrows the shape moves where you want it to.
